CAN I CANCEL/EXCHANGE/REFUND MY ORDER?

All items are final sale. We can not offer a cancellations, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

Since all of our books are printed on-demand upon ordering, we are unable to modify or combine orders at this time.

CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE WITH MY ORDER?

Definitely! Below the checkout button in your shopping card you will see a “Special Instructions” box – feel free to include a note there that you would like us to add in when we ship your order.

I AM PURCHASING A GIFT TO BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE ELSE – WILL AN INVOICE BE INCLUDED?

No – your order confirmation email serves as your receipt. We do not include an invoice when we ship your order.

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE DURING A SALE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email hello@janejohnson.com within 24 hours with your name, order number, and the discount code you wish to have applied to your order. If your order is eligible based on sale stipulations our team will apply the discount to your order and you will receive a refund notification via email.
